Zhongtun North is a suburban interchange stop on the route between Magong and the northern townships of Tongliang and Waian, located approximately 3 km from Magong Bus Terminal after passing through several communities along the way. The stop serves commuters traveling between Magong and the north loop villages, as well as passengers heading to Waian and the fishing harbors of Siyu. Three routes call here daily — the Waian Line (0758), the Tongliang Line (0762), and the evening cross-line service (0798).
Location
Zhongtun North is located on the northern outskirts of Magong, surrounded by farmland and residential housing. The stop consists of a roadside pole with no shelter. It is about a 15-minute walk to the edge of Tongliang village, passing through fields and homes along the way, and about 20 minutes on foot to the Tongliang Great Banyan Tree and Sanxian Temple. Magong city center is roughly 3 km to the south — taking a bus back is recommended. During the northeast monsoon season, unpaved rural roads in the area can be dusty; surfaces become slippery in rain, so take care when stepping off the bus.
