Dongwei Stop is located in Dongwei Borough, Magong City, approximately 3–5 km northeast of central Magong on the main island. The bus stop is roadside, with a basic shelter providing overhead cover and seating. The surroundings are typical of a mixed rural settlement: farmland and a water source area to the north; residential buildings and small shops to the south; the road continues east toward Tongliang and Waian. From Magong Bus Terminal, North Ring routes reach this stop in approximately 10–15 minutes. Passengers returning from Magong Harbor can also transfer here to continue toward central Magong or further into the North Ring.

- Line 0162 Magong North Ring: Operates all day, circling the northern main island (Magong → Tongliang → Erkan Old Settlement → Waian → Magong). The main route for North Ring sightseeing.
- Line 0758 Waian: Mainly morning departures (from 06:55), connecting Magong Bus Terminal to Waian Fishing Harbor; last bus around 21:40.
- Line 0762 Tongliang: Morning departures (from 06:35), running between Magong and Tongliang / Shuidaotou historic sites; last bus around 19:15.
- Line 0766 Sagang Circular: Frequent daytime service, circulating between Magong, Sagang, and Dongwei; last bus around 21:05. Primarily serves local commuters and daytime travelers.
- Line 0798 Night North Ring: Evening service only, departing for Waian at 20:30 and returning around 21:50.
