Wenao Elementary School is a hub stop on the west side of Magong City, adjacent to the Wenao Elementary School campus. Four routes converge here, linking Magong city center with the southern loop areas of Fenggui and Shanshui, as well as the western communities of Wukan and Guanghua. For travelers heading from Magong Bus Terminal to southern loop attractions, or residents commuting to and from Wukan, this stop is an important transfer point just 5–8 minutes away.
Location
The stop is in Siwen Village, Magong City, with clearly marked signs indicating each route’s direction. Fenggui is approximately a 15–20 minute walk — a well-known southern loop destination renowned for its distinctive basalt terrain and intertidal zone. Continuing south leads to Shanshui, with its igneous rock coastal scenery. Heading north, Magong city center is about 10 minutes away. The surrounding area is a typical western Penghu community near fishing and agricultural zones, and a gateway to the southern loop scenic spots.
Travel Tips
Four different routes stop at Wenao Elementary School, each heading in a different direction — check the route number on the stop sign before boarding (0761 Guanghua Line, 0765 Wukan Circular Line, 0773 Shanshui Line, 0777 Fenggui Line). Most routes operate their last departures between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM. During winter when the northeast monsoon is strong, southern loop services may be delayed by 10–15 minutes. In summer, services are more frequent during peak hours — a good window for day trips to southern loop attractions such as Fenggui and Shanshui.
