Xiwen Upper stop is a key transfer point on the southwestern side of Magong City, situated in Xiwen Village, with four bus routes calling here. Whether you are heading from Magong city center toward Jianshan, Shanshui, Longmen, or Fengguei, or returning from those areas back into town, Xiwen Upper is a natural interchange. Residents, day-trippers, and commuters all pass through, making it one of the main connections between the urban core and the surrounding rural villages.

Xiwen Upper is in Xiwen Village on the southwestern fringe of Magong City. The stop has a simple covered shelter with clear route markings. The surrounding area is a typical Penghu fishing and farming village, approximately 3–5 km from Magong city center. Walking to Magong Harbor from here takes around 40 minutes. Passengers transferring along the western ring routes from Magong Harbor or the Minzu Road shopping area will pass through this stop. If you are arriving by scooter or car, street parking is available near the stop.

Four routes share this stop, each with its own schedule and direction. Routes 0767 and 0774 are loop lines that call at every stop; routes 0773 and 0777 are point-to-point lines whose outbound and inbound stops may differ slightly — confirm the route number and direction sign before boarding. Most routes run their final service between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
