The Reserve Command Stop is Penghu’s most connected bus hub, with 12 routes departing from a single location. They cover destinations across the main islands: Husi (Sagang, Wukan), Xiyu (Guanghua), Wai-an, Fengguei, Shanshui, Tongliang, Taiwu, Longmen, and Qianliao. With frequent departures and a wide range of transfer options, this stop is a key transit point for daily commuters and visitors alike.
Location
The stop sits on Zhongzheng Road, Magong’s main north-south artery, lined with government offices, shops, and parking facilities. Shelter signs clearly display route numbers to help passengers identify the right bus. An 8–10 minute walk south leads to Magong’s First Fishing Harbor; continuing south along Zhongzheng Road brings you into the old street and commercial district; heading north takes you toward the city government and administrative buildings. The road is easy to navigate on foot or by scooter.
Tips for Passengers
All 12 routes depart from the same shelter — always check the route number displayed on the bus before boarding. Each route runs on a different schedule and has a different last-departure time. During winter, some routes to outer areas (Fengguei, Shanshui, Taiwu, etc.) may run 10–15 minutes late due to northeast monsoon winds. Before boarding, check the real-time arrival information on this page or ask stop staff. Most routes offer 2–3 midday trips; service becomes less frequent after early evening. If your plans are time-sensitive, confirm the last departure in advance.
